CVT Fluid & Spark Plug change 115k miles 2014 Corolla S

#1
While ago I went to two different NY Toyota dealer to ask CVT fluid exchange service, one adviser said I should change fluid once car running to 100k miles, service charge and fluid $350. But other said I don't need to change fluid at all for a life time. I read the owner manual there is not thing to cover CVT fluid maintaining but only tell it should be using Toyota CVT FE fluid. However, I have CVT fluid changed last week. By comparing the old fluid to new one, it is not too bad, no smiling burn, not too black kind of "red brown" color. Since my car already running 115k miles, I also changed spark plug too. Now car has been running a few day about 500 miles, feeling smooth better running.
The question I have right now, I forgot to reading the normal working temp before change CVT fluid. I have a infrared thermometer gun scanning CVT fluid pan I got max temp 170F running 2hours about 65 miles from NYC to Long Island at day temp 95F degree. I don't feel any over heat but just want to make sure how hot it will be. Can any one help to read the working temp? Thanks in advance.

CVT FE fluid Part# 08886-02505 (dealer: $103, ebay $80)
spark plug : DENSO SC20HR-11 (ebay $25)

here is how to change CVT fluid step, I am not a mechanic can't be the guide.
1. remove front driver side wheel
2. remove CVT plastic cover to access fill plug
3. unscrew CVT fluid pan drain plug (hex #6)
4. unscrew tube inside pan drain plug(hex #6)
5. let's drain fluid for a while (for my case about 2 quart fluid)
6. screw back tube to pan
7. fill new fluid until it drain out
8. star engine let it idle for a while about warm up temp ( reading CVT temp 140F at NYC temp 94F, before change fluid reading 145F driving back from Burger King with kids after 1hour 07/14/18)
9. shifting R-N-D-M, repeating about 10 times
10. refill new fluid again slowly until it drain out
11. screw back the drain plug
