Do you have a good tutorial for Brake fluid change?

Non for Corolla 2009. :(
To bleed your brakes it's pretty much the same on any car. keep the master brake cylinder full of fluid and start at the RR, then LR, RF, LF wheel. Put a clear piece of hose on the bleeder bolt and the other end of the hose in a jar. Have a friend sit in the driver seat. when you loosen the bleeder bolt a 1/2 turn have them push down on the brake pedal. BEFORE lifting off the brake pedal tighten the bleeder bolt, then release the brake pedal. Repeat this process until you see new clean fluid with NO bubbles in the line. Make sure to keep topping off the master cylinder or you will have to start over. It's really very simple. There are also some special tools that will also you to bleed them yourself by creating a vacuum in the line but it's not needed to get the job done if you have a friend that can help push the brake pedal down.
