Door motor failures

#1
I lost three of my four lock assemblies on three of my four doors all within three days of each other. I cannot open the door from the outside, so need to crawl in from the only working door, the passenger front door. The dealer told me they have had some of these issues, so I fixed one at a cost of over 600 bux! Toyota said no recall, but wondering if others have had this happen. I have a 2014 - and it has run like a champ other than this bizarre occurrence in the last week..

I just replaced the drivers side door lock actuator in my wife's 2013 Prius over Xmas. Last year it was the passenger side. I'm an expert at it now. Haha... Less than 30 minutes. The 2015 Corolla is hanging in there so far. Dealer charges ~$600 (parts & labor). The new OEM part is ~$260. Refurbished part on Ebay $108 with lifetime warranty. If you like fiddling, you can get the drive motor for ~$12.
