I needed to know about the Toyota Extra Care program and Scheduled services. Do you know if I need to get the scheduled services performed by a reputable mechanic in order to avail the Extra Care benefits, should the need arise. I mean, if I do a DIY schedule service myself, then is it possible that any Extra Care repair request will be rejected by Toyota just because the scheduled service was not done by a Toyota dealer or ASE certified mechanic?
