Just purchased my first new Corolla, a 2014 S 6 speed manual, and loving it. My last Corolla I had was back in the 80's in England and that was a hand me down from my father, a 1.6 DX 5 speed. Absolutely loved the car at the time as it just went on and on, as they do.
Got rid of my 2004 gas drinking 4.7L magnum Dodge Ram as a part exchange and very much looking forward to the much improved mileage.
As it's my first new car I added a few options for the S, well all of them actually, upgrade, premium and technology as well as the Bongiovi DPS audio upgrade. So pleased I did the latter as it makes one heck of a difference to the sound compared to the factory original, which in itself is not at all bad. The alloys look great, especially with the Blue Crush Metallic paintwork.
Congrats Toyota on a great new facelift, opening the Corolla to a whole new generation of followers. Going by the North American sales so far in 2014, it's a winner:thumbsup:.
