Fog light problem

I have a 2006 black e12 Corolla hatchback, it has the covers for the fog lights but no fog lights, I bought a kit for them to be fitted and it was all perfect but when going to put the lights in there's no bracket for the light to bolt on to, does anyone know where I can buy one? Or get one? Thank you
