Fog Lights on With High Beams

okay before anyone point out the obvious I know it is a legal to run your fog lights with your high beams on but I'm going to be honest I frankly don't care Lol anyway I am told there is a relay in the harness somewhere that you can override or disconnect does anyone know how to do this? by the way I have a 2008 Corolla S if it makes any difference

yes Scott I know it does but I plan on using mine on the back country roads with my high beams on to increase my visibility in non foggy conditions kinda like having can lights on a 4X4 truck
