headlight adjustment

Ive looked all over the internet and found not one answer on how to adjust the verticle aim of my 2000 corolla. I see no adjustment screws.. The 2000 has a single bulb for high and low. Mine currently have the low beam as if it were a high beam. And the high beam up in the sky.

On the HOUSING looking at from the top to the floor over the frame you may see some holes, , look for bolts that adjust there will be two. one for up/down is that not horizon vertical is left right. I forget

before you start turning I mark it. go on a flat surface and start adjusting a turn at a time till right. I also maybe use a board or wall to get a better shot at it. I can demo but NOT going to adjust things
