A 1998 corolla 4 door. When the car is started the running lights turn on for about 15-20 seconds, or until the headlight switch is turned to the on position, then the running lights shut off until the car is moving down the road. When the headlights are switched on ( dim or the brights), the headlights go off completely and will not come on at all.
I have tried a new relay and a new headlight switch, nothing works so far. Any ideas what to look for next? I am at a loss for what to look for.
