i have a 99 corolla and getting frustrated. it works when it wants to. i changed out the resistor, had parts store check all the relays and fuses. all seem to be working. it wasnt working when i pulled in . as i left it was working. then i turned off the car and restarted it and was not working again???????????????
any ideas? could the switch on dash?
