Has anyone here ever replaced the drive belt or serpentine belt? (With A/C)

Im having a issue with mine.
I can't seem to put the belt back on. It's also a new belt, same exact belt that was previously on the car (same length and everything). It was very easy to take out but somehow impossible to put back on. Belt was put on in the correct diagram but somehow its too short. Even when I try putting the old belt back on it doesnt fit...Unless I'm doing something wrong.
Anyone know how to solve this?
