Im new, but i have a bunch of questions about my 03 corolla.
I'm looking for some advise on some of the things i want to fix. Heres a list of the things i want to fix.

Head lights (brighter bulbs)
Paint job (im considering a color) but if anyone has advise please share it.
Body kit (front and rear bumper)
Rims (i think I've chosen the the ones i want, but that will vary with the color of the car)
Also, is it legal to tint the front and rear lights? (The front lights i want the tints very light, nothing too dark

If anybody knows or has suggestions on what i should do, let me know. If you guys are interested in my color ideas also let me know.

The brighter bulbs can blind oncoming drivers, causing a crash.

It is illegal to tint lights or bulbs. Call your state police for verification.

I did not know that about the tints, i guess the lights should have been comen sence. Thanks for the advice scott. Ill definetly check out the state police to see if its legal or not.
