im posting this for my parents. They bought a 2010 corolla that was effected by the steering wonder problem at highway speeds. Funny how so many people complain about it, but Toyota won’t acknowledge it. This problem has existed since new, but has gotten significantly worse at 100k miles+
I’ve further diagnosed the issue to be effected by throttle position. The car beers to the right under any amount of throttle and goes back the other way when the throttle is released.
This makes me think of bushing issues in other cars. So I’m wondering if anyone has tried replacing any of the steering or suspension bushings to fix the problem.
Are there any other solutions to this issue available?
Thanks!
