Ignition Coils

I just changed all 4 ignition coils, and I try and start my car then it turns over and dies, and they are the right coils also.. Please Help

What was wrong with the old ignition coils?

It was pulling a code on cylinder 2 so I changed all spark plugs and ignition coils. Its weird because it will fire with the old ones, now it will start and die and all my coils have spark.

So the ignition coils were diagnosed as being bad, or a discount auto parts store sold you the ignition coils?

No, I just decided to change everything when they said cylinder 2 was not firing.

That's an expensive route to take and can open a can of worms.

Discount auto parts stores love to recommend the parts replacement routine, as opposed to diagnosing. This way they get to sell more and more parts that the customer doesn't need.
