Hi guys im new here. My mom just bought a new 2013 corolla LE. She accidently burned the seat the other day and I was wondering if anyone knows the best way of getting it fixed.

Depends on the extent of the damage. An interior shop may be able to help, but if it's extensive then it will need to be replaced, which means going to your Toyota dealer.

Basically its a hole about the size of a quarter on the rear seat.
