New tires recommendation

#1
Im currently looking for new tires for my Corolla 2014 LE Eco.
I currently have installed Goodyear p205/55R16. Should I keep using these tires or is there a better brand ?

Edit: I live in New York

Good Year are reasonable tires. Asking about brands will get you a bunch of opinions -mine included :)

I am a fan of good brand name tires - Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone, Good Year .... somewhat in that order.
I assume you will want a good all-season tire.
Look for mileage warranty that aligns somewhat with your actual mileage. Meaning: if you drive 8k miles per year and you get 80k manufacturer mileage warranty - somewhat of a waste. Tires will last (mileage aside) 5 to 8 years depending on the exposure to the elements. Factor this in when considering mileage warranty. Also, manufacturer tire warranties are pro-rated - e.g. your new tires have a 50k mile warranty, you wear them out in 45k miles - you will get 10% of your investment - if you are lucky. Can prove alignments, rotatins etc.

Checkout the big online tire retailers - discounttire, tirerack etc and check out actual peoples ratings.

Good luck - tires are important.

Remember tires with a high mileage warranty have harder and stiffer rubber and wont give as good a ride or traction. Tires with lower mileage warranty have a softer rubber and will give more traction and smother ride. Micheilin premier AS usually has the best all around score on Tirerack reviews.

I have the same size on my 2016 Eco, and just bought new tires last week.
I had 70,000 miles on 3 of the original Michelin's that came with the car. The 4th tire was replaced at 30K when it would no longer hold air, with the cheapest thing I could find at the time. A WalMart "Douglas" brand 45,000 tire.

I was pleasantly surprised how well the Douglas tire held up. It had 40K on it when it was removed last week, and still looked brand new. I kept it as a spare. I would estimate it had another 30K - 40K left on it.

So I just got 4 new Douglas tires installed. They are a Goodyear (Kelly Springfield) product that is sold exclusively at WalMart Tire/Auto. I had them installed, total price out the door was $270.

I'm a commuter, and put a LOT of miles on cars. I don't like messing with tires too often. I'm hoping to get 2 years (70,000+ miles) out of them.
