Power door lock actuator motor replacement

Hello all, I have 2 of my door locks on my 14 "S" model that are almost on their way out. Has anyone swapped out these small motors yet? If so, what motors did you guys use?
Right now all I can find is
Central Door Lock Actuator Motor FC-280PC-22125 FLAT SHAFT, D Spindle, Power Locking Repair Engine 10mm.
I just wanted to know if anyone can confirm this size(as I have seen 20mm as well)

I believe this is the one you need. These motors have been failing across all Toyota product lines for years.

Just so you know, the motors are a pain to replace. Don't cheap out. It's much easier to just replace the entire assembly, and get a lifetime warranty to boot. I replaced one in my wife's Prius in 30 minutes. Everybody uses this guy for replacements.

Perfect, thanks for the info! I tried your Ebay link but the seller "actuator plus" has 0 items for sale.
