Prepaid maintenance offer. Worth it?

I just did the final free 25k maintenance for my 2015 Corolla, which was purchased last September.
They gave me a prepaid maintenance package offer - 4 years/45k miles for $307. Is it a good deal? How much would I pay otherwise for 4 more services (30k, 35k, 40k, 45k)?

Most certainly more than $307.00 dollars! It's probably worth it if you don't do your own oil changes and tire rotations, just the parts alone for 4 years would probably exceed that amount!

Well, it's not really 4 years. It's 4 years or 45k miles. And considering that my car already had 25k miles on it, We're looking at only 4 more services.

I don't think any service offer is good on a Toyota. What maintenance would possibly need to be done besides oil, air filter, cabin filter, brake pads after a lot of miles and checking fluids?
