Pulls left when coasting...not braking

#1
My 2003 drives great until you are above 45 mph and decelerating. No braking involved. Just when you get out of the gas to start slowing down. There is also no issue when braking. It is a slight pulsing that pulls the steering wheel to the left.. It is only a couple pulls or pulses each time you slow down. It mainly happens at highway speeds. It is very slight at slower in town speeds and only occasionally then. This has me wondering if it is steering pump or right hub/axle issue. I heard that right hub or axle issues can show these signs. Anyone have an idea?

Turned out this was the front motor mount. While on jack stands using the engine to spin the tires up to speed I noticed the engine moving quite a bit back to front. While changing out the front mount the old one fell apart.
