My wife has a 06 Corolla Sport purchased new. I have decided to start rotating the tires myself. I will be using a floorjack and was looking for the correct contact points.I saw where there is suppose to be a jack adapter under the spare tire. I have looked twice and can not anything. Its suppose to have what looks like a stud that fits into a hole in a box behind the rear axle. The box on our car does not have a center hole, instead there are two small holes off to the side. I really don't see where this adapter is necessary. Can somebody please explain ? Thanks !
