The rear passenger side door lock was frozen most likely from non use. I removed the plate where the inside door latch handle is and got a needle nose pliers onto the rod going back to the lock. I got the door open. I worked the manual lock a few times and got it loosened up and working.
Next I used the power locks and it would not fully move up/down. I fiddled around with the manual and power locks and now it does not seem to move up nor down at all with the power lock. The manual works fine. It's stiff, but works. When I first started to fiddle with it, the power lock was trying, but didn't seem to have enough power. Might I have stripped out a gear in the actuator or such?
