Suggestion for a tire setup ?

Hey Guys, New on this forum. My wheels are set to arrive Sunday. ESR SR02 18x9 5x100 +35

I was wondering what would be the perfect size tire ? Looking for a flush clean look. I am looking to get my fenders roll but recommend by some that I might not need my fenders roll. Thoughts and ideas ?
