Tensioner Pulley

Car:99 Corolla VE 5MT. So the bearings in my tensioner pulley are shot is what my mechanic told me. I've had the entire tensioner replaced before but I can't find a pulley specific to this piece. Do they not make one? The advanced auto part must have been a generic pulley as it didn't spin (missing an outer lip). Do I need to buy a whole new 150-200$ assembly to get a 10$ part?

No one knows? Perhaps the store will have a pulley from a later year that fits and or works better considering the TSB on the tensioners premature problems.
