i did the same thing with blue lights.....i hope you bought a good kit cause i bought some cheap 40$ amazon kit and it shorted a month later from driving in rain lmao... And i hope you didn't mount wires close to hot parts because the wires on mine started to burn because the wires coating was cheap and it smelled horrible.... long story short heres a picture of my kit before it meets the trash....but was cool while it lasted

Nope, my kit was $100 and it can change 29 different colors and all wires are very heavy insulation. I will try and upload a video of them.

thats great! a video would be cool.. but if you ever notice a burning smell like rubber....i guarantee its from those..just a heads up..!
