ive look on the net with no straight answers. I have a slight knock at idle on a 2006 XRS 1.8 2ZZ @ 114k. been maticulately serviced before I had purchaced @ 110k. it not the primary source of the knock since it seems to be coming from the low end. Why I ask though, if anyone can help with a manual or actual hands on experience. I've built engines in the past. Does the VVT system make it impossible to DIY, special tools, etc.. my next service calls for a valve guide check and read it should be services every 30k so Id figure before I rip into it id ask around. ty
