Personally I would stick with the Eibach or TRD. But ask the forum. Lots of members have Tein and Megan. I went with TRD's because of warranty concerns, engineering and they're approved by Toyota. (I read somewhere that they're made by Eibach anyways, but don't know for sure) I don't want to go...

The 17's will sit pretty much where your stock wheels are now. The 18's will bring them out, flush with the body. Based on your listed offsets. Stock wheels are 15x6 33mm offset or 16x6.5 39mm offset or 17x7 39mm offset.

I'm on 18x8's 35mm offset. This combination will bring the wheels flush with the body. I'm also on TRD lowering springs, so this pic should give you an idea of what your car could look like.

No spacers. Rims are 18x8 w/35mm offset. To achieve the same stance, with stock rims, you would need like 16mm spacers. Lol Our stock offset is 39 across the board.

I think your good with the 40's. If any lower you might adversely effect the handling. If you get too low, you'll lose the flexibility in the tire and just skip around the corners. Lol Could be fun though!:confused::cool:
