If you have an automatic, a fluid and filter change isn't a bad idea. As far as the coolant, transmission, and engine block flush, don't bother. The stuff used in cars today has far superior anti-degradation technology than from two decades past.
I have a hard time believing that the trained officer didn't immediately put the car in neutral and hit the brakes. He was suicidal, in my opinion.

At 60k I would check your spark plugs for possible replacement, change the drive belt, the upstream O2 sensor, oil and filter, air filter, cabin air filter, and PCV Valve.

Someone mentioned LED interior lights ... it is possible the switch on the left turned them on and off, and the button on the right changed the color...

Both of those rocker switches are not OEM. The Tire Pressure Reset Button is best viewed when you are looking up underneath the dashboard from the footwell (the button points straight down toward the carpet about the location of the right rocker switch). If they don't power the two center...
