2002 - Rotors Keep Warping

Over the past two years, I have replaced the rotors 4 times including having them each cut 1 time. I have also replaced the calipers twice and the rear drums once. My rotors have warped again and I'm looking for a solution. I have 246,000 miles on the car, my driving habits have always been the same and this has only just been over the last two years. I also do mainly highway driving with minimal traffic so i don't even have to brake too often.

Are you by any chance purchasing brake rotors from discount auto parts stores that are almost always made in China?

My last pair were US made and from what i was told, were very good quality. I believe the mechanic since he warranties his rotors for a year so I haven't had to pay to replace them.

I haven't heard of such problems before, are you maybe driving through allot of water when they are hot perhaps?
