Understanding the gas mileage screen

Hi folks,

Quick question:

What is the bar showing 0 to 30 below on my gas mileage percentage? I completely understand that numbers above are the consumption per liter (my Rolla is from Central America, is configured to show kilometers per liter instead gallons)
I have made some research, read the manual and only talks about the ECO model.

Wouldn't it be the "eco bar" (instant mpg or l/100)

Don't get your point buddy. Can you expand your explanation?

little bar expanding from left to right according to fuel consumption. More or less like the one on the touchscreen (vertical in that case)
