I asked Mobil something similar a while back,
Q:
2009 Toyota Corolla 1.8L about to hit 150k miles. First 100k oil change at dealer at 5k intervals with conventional 5w20. Since then Mobil 1 0w20 advanced fuel economy oil changed every 5k. Sent sample after last oil change foe analysis, no issues found & they actually recommended increasing oil change interval. Would you recommend I stay with the fuel economy version or should I consider the high mileage blend?

A:If you've been running Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy for a while with no issues, I really wouldn't bother changing to Mobil 1 High Mileage at this point. I've had a number of people report odometer readings in excess of 300,000 miles who are not using a high mileage formula. I think about the only case where I would recommend switching to the Mobil 1 High Mileage 5W-20 would be if, somewhere down the line, you begin to develop a leak at a seal or gasket. Our High Mileage formulas contain a seal conditioner that can help you with a leaking seal, until you have the chance to address the leak with a permanent fix.

Just as it says, use high mileage ONLY of you are seeing oil leaks. The only difference is that it adds seal conditioners to swell seals and gaskets to slow down or stop oil sewerage and leaks.

Which company are you using for your oil analysis? Have a link?

I would stick to what you have been using. There is no issue with switching from conventional to synthetic, but you DO NOT want to got form synthetic to conventional. I am at nearly 90 thousand Kms right now and I have been using Mobil 1 advanced (I believe). I don't see myself changing to high mileage at any time. If there are no leeks and all is good then no need to change.

can you tell me what oil did have in my New 2010 Corolla LE when I Bought it Brand New? Only 20 Miles on it!

Thank You So ery Much!
In 2010 the Corolla started having a synthetic factory fill of 0w-20 but early models from that year had a 5w-20 synthetic blend. From 2011 on they have had 0w-20 synthetic from the factory.

I've always used Mobil 1 with great results but I did buy a 5L jug of LiquiMoly after hearing so many great things about it on some other oil discussions. People tell me that once I try it I'll never use something else but we shall see. It was a little more that Mobil 1 but if I like it a lot I might run it in some of my cars.

Another discussion along with the oil was additives. LiquiMoly has a moly additive that some cars like Mazda with their Skyactive engines have to use along with the oil. I know that Toyota synthetic is mainly Mobil 1 with a different addictive package that includes more moly. Another product that has some glowing reviews is Archoil. It was featured on Jay Leno's Garage and has been said to be great stuff. With these positive reviews of them both I bought some to try in my various cars.

It was a Recent Trade in. I thought it was New, So I Did Not Look at it. Then the Salesman told me to take a Ride in it. Boy That V6 Can Move! It had So Many Extras that the Original Owner had put in and paid for, WOW.

They gave me an Extra Year Full Warranty Plus the Year that I Still had on the Truck. it had 20,000 Miles on

It Took along Wait, But they Took it. Now When I was Filling out my Paper Work, the phone Rang, and I Heard the Salesman Say, We just Sold it. Then He Turned too me and old Me That He Had Another Person Offer $14,Plus 000s For the Truck the Day Before. Boy it is like Driving V-8. I Only Need to use three Gears. It Gets 24 Plus MPG with the Air on.

The good lord wants you to use synthetic oil.

Out of curiosity what is not true? If your vehicle specifies from the factory to use Synthetic it is not wise to use conventional. If there are no issues with what one is using why switch to high mileage? It usually cost more, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
Synthetic causes less deposits. So definitely it’s a better option than natural oil.

Big thanks to stvotw for the link to Blackstone labs. My results are in and decided to share it in the thread. Don’t pay attention to the comment section when they’re talking about the 4 quarts. That was my mistake and I added zero quarts during that period.
