They were UberTechnic spacers. Found them on amazon, you can get them on ebay too. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KTPBU46/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I found some 15mm hubcentric spacers with pressed studs on ebay for the front.

I only rub when I hit dips or bumps in the road. I had to roll the fenders and cut out a chunk of the front fender liner but now its fine.

If you keep the stock S wheels, you could do a 25mm in the rear and a 15mm in the front. When I was stock that's what I did. You need to make sure they are hubcentric with pressed studs or else you will have terrible vibrations. Pressed studs are a must as the stock wheel studs aren't long enough.

I just bought the S version of this lip off ebay. Should be here tuesday. Also bought a mugen replica wing to put on. Same thing as the Mapisa MPE wing for a cheaper price.

What front one are you talking about? I have a front strut brace from Megan Racing and it works fine. Are you talking about a sway bar that connects to the endlinks?
