Easiest thing I have found is to just buy a decent vinyl film and apply it over the foglights you currently have. Heatgun is your friend. Use an X-Axto knife to trim the rest. I will try to upload a picture soon. Easy, fast, cheap, and worth it.

Haven't ordered it yet but any shift knob that is m12x1.25 I belive should work. The collar for the reverse isn't affected. That thread and info is for the 6 speed manual and I can't comment on automatic thread pitch lol. But it foes just unscrew.
