I strongly recommend against the use of oil additives as they upset the delicate chemical balance of a motor oil, having unplanned and negative affects.

When spark plugs are shipped they are bounced around a lot and the gap changes. If you didn't set the gap on the old spark plugs or the news ones either, that could be a problem.

Larger tires always reduce fuel economy due to increased drag/rolling resistance.

What gap did you set the spark plugs at? Spark plugs that have not been set to the proper gap can cause exactly the symptoms you have described. I recommend leaving the fuel injectors alone. They are almost certainly not the problem. No need to introduce a new variable that could confuse...

Were just the motor mounts replaced, or was the transmission mount replaced too? What brand motor and transmission mounts were used? It is very unlikely to be a faulty fuel injector. The problem is more likely to be a fault motor or transmission mount. It could also be a misfire, but the way...

Check your owners manual for the recommended services. If you are getting recommendations other than what is in the owners manual for your car, one might suspect the honesty of that person.
