2010 Corolla LE - CV Boots and Axle Outer CV Seep/Leak Repair Cost

$500 + for one and $400 + for the other, O.E. Toyota axle shafts. Call around to competent auto parts stores like NAPA or Carquest and see what kind of prices they have. Try to avoid the low end stuff as it doesn't tend to last very long.

Creaky Creaky Creaky Car in Hot Weather

Welcome to the Corolla Forum!:):thumbup1::party::balloon: A noise can be from many different sources. There's no one set answer. An auto repair center should be able to pinpoint the noise pretty quickly. Have you tried that yet?

    Rough Idle When Cold

I concur, which is why I suggested checking for vacuum leaks, which will pinpoint a leaking intake manifold gasket.

2010 Corolla LE - CV Boots and Axle Outer CV Seep/Leak Repair Cost

Again, you don't want a CV boot kit. You and an entire new axle shaft. Having a friend do it will provide you exactly zero warranty. CV boots can sometimes seep grease for years and still function just fine. If the CV joints aren't making any clicking noises when you are turning and...

2010 Corolla LE - CV Boots and Axle Outer CV Seep/Leak Repair Cost

"Axle kit"? If you are referring to a CV boot kit, you do not want to go that route. When a CV boot tears and leaks grease out, it's also allowing road grime/dirt/sand into the CV joint and then just replacing the CV boot, it wont be too terribly long down the road before the CV joint will go...

    LED Daytime Running Lights

Keep in mind the DRL's are not designed to be bright with the headlights on as well and if you try to un-engineer their intended purpose and make them bright all the time, this will increase the load on that circuit by quite a bit and either blow fuses or start fires.

When the brake fluid level in the master cylinder drops it can be from one of the brake lines rupturing and leaking fluid, which should be immediately investigated. When there's a brake fluid leak it can result in a situation where you press on the brake pedal, but the car doesn't slow down...

    Buying Corolla S - 150,000 Miles

Unfortunately, it's whatever the market will bear. Personally I refuse to pay inflated prices for a four cylinder economy car. If more folks would take this stance, the prices would come down. $5,000 +++ for a 150,000 + mile, tired economy car? Right. No way Jose.

VIDEO - How To Change Brake Fluid

If the brake fluid level in the master cylinder drops, it can mean a leak somewhere, which can lead to very dangerous brake system failure. Brake fluid levels should always be maintained to the recommended full marks on the master cylinder. To check brake pads, pull the wheels and visually inspect.
