My pleasure. The rust/corrosion on the lug nut looks very mild to me and only on the surface. This is not uncommon. As your tires roll down the road they don't wear perfectly evenly, so they slowly get out of balance. You wont notice this getting worse until the steering wheel is shaking...

I agree with Fishycomics. If these, "green rocks", are coming from the car itself, then this is a warranty item that a Toyota dealership can't charge you for to diagnose.
