Thats what I thought as well, but I had someone selling tires tell me that the CVT senses when to "shift" by wheel speed, and if you are too far off on overall diameter, issues will arise. Thanks for the reply!

Thanks for your replies, I really appreciate your help. Corrosion would have been what I was guessing with a water issue so I was confused why the wiring would need to be replaced. I wonder if cleaning the connections and applying dielectric grease could help prevent future problems.

I have heard mixed opinions on changing tire sizes with the CVT transmission. I have heard that it uses the wheel speed to sense for the CVT. Is there any truth to this? and how sensitive is it to tire size changes? I'd like to go from the OEM 17's to a 195/65/15 which would be a very small...

Hi everyone, New owner just picked up a 2014 S. Once I took possession I realized the front speakers aren't working but the front tweeters are fine. It strikes me as odd that both front speakers wouldn't work at all. Anything I should check? I would really appreciate any help.
