1197 Corolla DX - Continously Replacing Wheel Bearing

#1
I have a 97 corolla and I've had the left front wb replaced now 3X. It lasted approx 15k miles after the 2nd replacement. For the 3rd replacement I actually used a new aftermarket hub(never replaces the knuckle but the mic tested it in spec) along with new aftermarket wb. After only 277 miles the wb is completely gone once again. Could this possibly be an issue with the axle I'm not sure what else I could possibly replace. Also the car is very slightly out of alignment could that possibly be an issue for the wb to where out before I even ran a tank of gas through it?

What quality wheel bearings are you using? Made in China cheap wheel bearings from the discount auto parts stores, or better quality, like from Timken?

Two things come to mind, first are you setting the pre-load correctly and second, at this point it might be a good idea to check (or replace) the Spindle. Definitely odd that you're going through bearings that quickly.
