2001 Corolla - Changed The Clutch and Put Motor Back In - Now Won't Idle

I recently pulled the motor out of my 2001 corolla to replace the clutch, once I got the motor back in I hood everything up. And now the car will only start for a half second or so then shut right off, I can pump the gas pedal and it will run very rough. It will not idle at all and only runs normal if I floor it. The scanner read OBD o2 sensor incomplete along with the catalyst incomplete. I don't know what to do from here. I've checked vacuum lines and all were hooked up and all sensor I could find are in the right place. HELP

Did you miss any electrical grounds?

No, I've gone through and checked. I started it and reved it up and realized I don't have power brakes either. Could I have a vacuum hose messed up?

Check all of your vacuum lines (specifically the one from the brake booster), and make sure nothing is lose or not connected.
