Canadian Nav Os Code?

Hi all, I stumbled across what looks like the code for the Os in at least the Canadian version of the Nav. Below is the link. Any ideas/comments/suggestions?

You'd have to know what you are doing. It isn't like programming a computer or cell phone. Java is universal but there would be commands that are specific to the stereo and chances are, they may be a little cryptic on purpose to prevent tampering. Messing up even a line of code can brick it, and that won't be covered under warranty.

I'm also not sure how you could get it to load. I imagine there is a way through the USB port and maybe a jumper on the radio itself.
