The air comes from the cowl. You'll unbolt the wiper arms, pop the hood, and remove the cowl. You'll see the intake where it goes into the HVAC casing.

The manual stated 16 W. Never a good idea to go above what they use at the factory or you can melt wiring. I'm going to call them and ask if the 50 W is the actual rating or if it is compared to incandescent.

Now ... if 30 W is the incandescent equivalent, then you'll be safe since for an LED, you're looking at about 20% of that.
