Mechanic said I needed to replace my waterpump and front brake and rotors. Quoted me $460 for the waterpump which I find

Was wondering if there were any handy forum members near me that could give me a better price. I'd buy the parts and then give me your price for labor. Can do one or all of the jobs below.
1. Replace the water pump
2. Front brakes and rotors
3. Replace air filter, cabin filter, sparks...easy job, but I don't have the tools
4. Transmission flush
