Your charcoal canister won't vent and you may throw an emissions code. I would replace it, you can get them from your local Toyota dealership or a junkyard.

Well, it might be a problem with the ac clutch or bearing, but usually if it were you would hear it all the time not just when turning left.

I can't really hear it over your engine in the video. If you only hear the squeal while braking, it is probably the pads. If there is one thing I have learned, it is to never trust the shop. They probably didn't put the stop squeal or equivalent on the back of the pads. It won't hurt the engine...

Also 10lbs on stock internals is asking for trouble. I ran 7 on mine before rebuilding the engine. Also, consider replacing the valve body on the auto transmission. MonkeyWrenchRacing sells upgraded valve bodies.

I'd still put the K&N splash cover on and think about putting a box on it, like the aFe cold air intake
