That could indicate viscosity beakdown. That could also indicate that your oil filter is clogged after 1500 miles and the oil is bypassing the filter. Dirty oil does not seal well and will go right past the piston rings. Try changing your filter after 1500 miles or using a better filter.

Btw, if your ground was disconnected you would be getting a high signal voltage code.

Cheap slotted/drilled/etc rotors crack. Good quality slotted/drilled/etc rotors rarely have that issue. As I stated previously, they do increase pad wear. Unless you have issues with warping rotors, I wouldn't reccomend them due to increased price and decreased longevity.

Seat belt chime? There should not be an option to turn it off. If a dealership disables a safety feature and you go and get in a wreck and severly injure yourself then you could probably sue the dealership. That's why no dealership would ever do what you are asking them to.
