A set of Power Stops Ive found for $177...the equivalent EBC set over $350...These prices from the sale supplier. Are Power Stops that inferior? Whats the quality of their stuff??

Ive not seen an upgraded caliper yet...Im on the phone today to order the EBC set...only trouble is Ive found part number discrepancies around suppliers. Need to figure out who is right and wrong.

The 4AGE was a DOHC 1.6 making 138 horse. Is your Colrolla a 1990 model...I would say thats it.

Intake 101....colder outside air is always better than hot air from the engine compartment. This is indisputable , so a CAI will always outperform a RAI...that doesnt mean that a RAI doent have its place. Just answering your question :-)

I would love to...I've been struggling trying to post on this forum. I've done one somewhat successfully and for the life of me can't seam to repeat it...Take it on faith...Lol...The muffler fits. If your installer says otherwise, seek out a different installer.

14827 is the Magnaflow part number...and it works. :-)

First of all, ignore the guy telling you it wont fit. I basically mounted the same muffler as the OBX, in a Magnaflow version. It is center in/center out. The installer called me to say it wouldnt go for the same reasons. (the offset factory muffler). I assured him it would fit as I had seen...

You're on a good Forum for all kind of Corolla information all ready . You have done close to all you can without breaking out the credit card...the Corolla isn't a performance car to start with. We do have some guys here doing a turbo kit...but there goes a several thousand dollar budget.

5w40 is too heavy for these tight tolerance DOHC engines. You won't get protection everywhere you need it and over time will acquire more engine wear.

I have the magnaflow 14829 and think the sound is awesome. The particular one your looking at is extremely small and would be very loud I would think. Quality stainless with beautiful welds will last your cars lifetime.
