I would check all your grounds to make sure they are getting good contact. I hate the electrics in these cars, they have lots of issues. Nothing huge, but just lots of little annoying things like this all the time.

I would first have your AC pressure tested. It could simply be low on freon. I'm not sure what psi the corolla ac runs at, but it should be easy to find out. Over time, freon will slowly leak out.
