Can I use the transmission of a 2.4 scion tc on my 1.8 corolla?

Yeah I got a check engine light. I'm running a k n filter , exaust manifold, full muffler, no cat, unichip plug an play. Where would I check vacuum leaks.? My check engine light has always been on when I plug in the scan obd2 it shows just the 02 sensors are bad.

I have see the nology wire set available on a few websites and they say it is comparable but I don't understand how it is when there is no coil pack just ignition coils...

Does anyone know if you can upgrade the spark coils and wires? From what I can see, there is no more coil pack or wires on the harness that I can upgrade. I already have iridium spark plugs. But am looking for the bigger spark. Can you upgrade the spark on the 2zr fe?
