That is perfectly normal. It is an evaporative leak test.

Which stereo is this? If you have the Entune/Entune Premium you will lose a ton of features changing it (and I don't see a way for a conversion to fix this). If it is the base stereo, be patient. Usually take a year before you start seeing the aftermarket area grow.
