Here's an update to this old thread with pics of the central jack points from my 2009 Corolla OM. I place 4 jackstands at the side lift points for support.

On my Hondas, I've learned that using other than OEM axles can be problematic. If that carries over to Toyotas, that could be an issue there if you used 3rd party axles. For vibration issues that are random, I have to wonder if they could be tire related? Broken belt in the tire? Other anomaly...
