I looked at the brake booster in my 2014 and the line goes into the manifold. Possible that the vacuum pump is only on some models. (LE Eco only?)

I answered why it needs to be replaced at 120k (preventative maintenance). And you can call Toyota yourself and ask them what the cost will be. I'm not calling them for you.

No filter in manual transmissions, or screens, and the clutch pedal position switches are only used in the starter circuit (fully disengaged) and cruise control circuit (fully engaged).

I gotta look, didn't know they used an electric vacuum pump as opposed to just hooking it in the manifold. It is probably preventative maintenance. If it dies, you lose power brakes. I have no idea what the cost will be, nor the labor involved. You'd have to call Toyota for that.

If an American company made them, I would buy them. I bought them from an American supplier, so that counts for something.

That is a coating that keeps UV radiation from going through the glass (as well as tempering), and all cars built in the 90s or later have it. You won't notice it when you tint.

Extended Warranties from Toyota are appealing. Third party extended warranties often have deductibles with repair limits, which means you get stuck with used parts.

Before you do anything, check the halfshaft seals for leaks, and check the transmission fluid level. Sometimes cold grinds are caused by that. Otherwise, I'd call Aamco and ask them. Sucks about the car, but it does happen. Toyota should have taken care of you or at least looked at covering...

I already nabbed everything I need for the turn signal circuit a while back, so I'm set.

They have Cree reverse lights but they draw too much power for the circuit. Would roast wiring.
