You know if I could get a suv that gets the same gas mileage as my Corolla at the same price as a Corolla and great reliabilty I would consider one. These are the main reasons I bought my Corolla.

I change mine myself. I have no set minimum mile change. I prefer to change when the weather is decent and not cold out. I`m usually at around the 5-6k mile mark when I do the change. I know that is sooner than needed but I do it anyway.

I would stick with 32 psi . With no more than a 35 psi maximum .

When I first saw this post listed I thought you wanted to increase your horsepower to 1.8hp . I was thinking what the heck, that`s not even 2hp, why bother. Duh, then it hit me :-)

Could it be a cap over the bolt that holds the seat to the floor?

Thanks, I`ve had cars in the past where the PCV valve was right out in the open and you could change them in a minute for a couple bucks.

Thanks, I keyed in a search for one and could not find any. Also I know where the PCV valve is located and watched a video on replacement,just wonder when that is due and would you bother to do your own or take it in?

They probably get about the same gas mileage as a Yaris or Fit. I have a 2014 Corolla and other than some frond end of the car grill I don`t see much difference from 2014 to 2018. I don`t know if I`ve seen a 2019 yet. I`m thinking maybe next year you may see some change in the Corolla in 2020...

Hey Corolla fans, I have a 2014 Corolla that I am really pleased with. I bought it new and it has 53K miles with 0 issues. I don`t plan on buying a new car soon but you never know. My question is when the time comes for a new car purchase would you maybe jump up to a new Camry?

Try easing up on the gas pedal and see if it still does it.

javascript:; I used the stock Denso Iridium plugs bought off Ebay for about $18 for a set of 4. These were the exact same plugs I pulled out . I changed early at 50k miles , but the job is very easy and if you shop right you can get them cheap.

I paid a total of $80 for well reviewed "Wagner" brake pads and "Raybestos " rotors from "Rockauto" . They both are good quality . The pads are ceramic.The rotors were not drilled , no need for that.
